Jordi Goodman is the founder and managing attorney of Beneficial Law, LLC ("Beneficial"), based in Denver. Beneficial assists investment firms and operating companies across a wide array of corporate and real estate transactional needs. Jordi also serves as a senior advisor to RobinAI, a leading venture-backed legal AI company, and is passionate about bringing the benefits of the latest legal technology to Beneficial's clients.
He previously worked for six years as Senior Counsel at Partners Group, a Swiss-based private equity firm with $152 billion of assets under management. Prior to that, he worked on real estate transactions as an associate in the Finance group at Snell & Wilmer LLP, a full-service business law firm with over 500 attorneys. He graduated from Tulane University with a B.S. in Economics and holds his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
Jordi has over 10 years of industry experience and takes great pride in making the law firm experience more enjoyable and cost-efficient for his clients. Outside of work, Jordi enjoys exploring the Colorado outdoors with his wife and two boys.
