Jordi Goodman
Founder and Managing Attorney
Jordi Goodman is the founder and managing attorney of Beneficial Law, LLC ("Beneficial"), based in Denver.
Prior to founding Beneficial, he worked for six years as Senior Counsel and ran legal affairs for US real estate at Partners Group, a Swiss-based private equity firm with $174 billion of assets under management. Prior to that, he worked on real estate transactions as an associate at Snell & Wilmer LLP, a full-service business law firm with over 500 attorneys. He graduated from Tulane University with a B.S. in Economics and holds his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
Jordi has over 10 years of industry experience and takes great pride in making the law firm experience more enjoyable and cost-efficient for his clients. Outside of work, Jordi enjoys exploring the Colorado outdoors with his wife and two boys.
Paula Hoover
Paralegal
Paula Hoover is a certified paralegal with 20 years of experience in real estate and corporate law. Paula also routinely assists on employment matters.

Cyril "Sai" Parungao manages administrative tasks, assists with client billing, matter onboarding, and internal collaboration and technology tools.

She specializes in organizing workflows, creating templates and presentations, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks.
